Nikola brings a career of experience working on culture with over 200 organizations and systems around the world, blending more rational thinking (LSE, Economist, McKinsey) with more intuitive work (ICF coach, Facilitator of Transformation and Spiritual Healer with 30+ tools). He is the founder of Transfiguration Advisory, where he coaches, delivers keynotes and leads diagnostic pocesses.

MEET NIKOLA

Michael Rennie

Michael is a wisdom carrier who seamlessly blends business experience supporting hundreds of CEOs with a deep spiritual practice over a 32 year career. His last role at McKinsey & Company was as a member of the global board and leader of the global organization practice. Michael's role on the diagnostic team is to help identify the leverage points in the system, given his legendary ability to see the patterns and the whole at the same time.

MEET MICHAEL

Gregor Steinmaurer

Gregor is a Systemic Therapist, Traumatherapist (Somatic Experiencing®), Psychosocial Counsellor (Dipl. LSB, Austria), Coach and Facilitator, and holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. He is further trained in a variety of methods and therapeutic modalities, such as Systemic Family and Primal Therapy, Family Constellation, NLP, Bodywork and in Trauma Therapy with Marianne Bentzen (Neuroaffective Therapy), Maggie Phillips (Ego-State Therapy) and others. Gregor's role is to ensure the psychology of the individual human is at the heart of the diagnostic.

Savants

Each savant brings mastery in one specific diagnostic lens in which they have both deep expertise and extensive experience. Their experise varies from understanding which leadership behaviours will make the biggest difference to your culture to diagnosing the energetic field of a system. We would jointly select the savants at the start of the diagnostic process based on the perspectives which would be most valuable to your organization at this time. Savants join the diagnostic team for the time needed to add their findings to the diagnostic process.
